Black Stars and Udinese midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu says Michael Essien’s quality is without doubt and believes the “Bison” will make an impact at the world cup.
The former Chelsea man joined Ac Milan in the January transfer window after lack of first team action in England. Essien has so far been a regular for the Milan side in the Italian Serie A.
“Mike is an abundance of talent and working alongside him is a great honour. He’s a leader on the field of play and a mentor to all of us. Looking at his current form there is no doubt we have an asset in this great Black Stars team who will surely make an impact at the world cup” he told allsports.com.gh.

All three players were in action on Saturday as Agyemang Badu’s Udinese beat Ac Milan by a lone goal in the Italian Serie A.
Badu also heaped praise on his compatriot Kwadwo Asamoah who scored a wonderful goal on Sunday to help Juventus beat Fiorentina by a lone goal.
“I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Kwadwo for his wonderful goal yesterday. It’s great to see him in fine form and I wish him the best as we prepare for the world cup”.
