Disclaimer

AllSports writes about sports betting in Ghana: which bookmakers operate here, how their welcome offers and free bets work, how to pay in with MTN MoMo or other mobile money, and how odds, accumulators and booking codes fit together. This disclaimer explains how far you can rely on that information. It applies to every page of allsports.com.gh, including the news archive.

The publisher

allsports.com.gh is published by Ponientix Networks Limited, Waterport Place, 2 Europort Avenue, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. Email: [email protected]. Ponientix Networks Limited is a publisher, not a bookmaker. We hold no betting licence, we do not take bets or deposits, and we never hold money on behalf of readers.

Who the site is for

The site is meant for adults aged 18 and over. Online betting in Ghana is licensed by the Gaming Commission of Ghana, and you should only bet with an operator that holds a licence from it. Our reviews say what licence an operator states it holds, but checking it before you register is up to you, as is meeting the operator's own conditions on age, identity and residence.

General information only

Our guides, reviews and news are general information. They are not legal, financial or tax advice, and they are not a promise that any bet will win. Questions about your own taxes, a dispute with a bookmaker or the legal status of a particular site should go to a qualified adviser or to the Gaming Commission of Ghana.

Odds, tips and predictions

Some pages discuss matches, form, odds and the bets we find interesting. These are opinions formed before the event. Odds move between the moment we write and the moment you look; line-ups change, matches are postponed and markets are suspended. A tip or prediction is never a guarantee, and no staking plan, accumulator strategy or booking code changes the fact that the bookmaker's margin is built into every price. Only stake what you can afford to lose without it hurting you or the people who rely on you.

Bonuses and terms change

When we describe a welcome bonus, free bet, cashback or loyalty offer, we take the figures from the bookmaker's published terms at the time of writing, usually in cedis. Bookmakers change minimum odds, rollover requirements, qualifying markets and expiry dates often and without telling us. Promotions end, payment methods are added or removed and withdrawal limits move. The terms on the operator's site on the day you register are the ones that apply, so read them before you deposit or opt in.

Mobile money and payments

Our payment guides explain how MTN MoMo, other mobile wallets, bank transfers and cards are generally used with betting sites. Fees, limits and processing times are set by the bookmaker and by your mobile money provider or bank, not by us. If a deposit or withdrawal goes wrong, contact the bookmaker first and then your provider; we have no access to either system.

Tax

Ghana abolished the tax on betting winnings in 2025. Tax rules can change again, and the way an operator applies them to your account is a matter between you, the operator and the tax authority. Our pages on betting tax describe the rules as we understand them at the time of writing.

Casino pages

Alongside sports betting, some pages cover online casino games, live dealer tables and jackpots. Return-to-player percentages and jackpot sizes quoted there are published by game studios and operators; an RTP figure is a long-run average and says nothing about what will happen in a single session. Jackpot amounts change constantly.

The news archive

allsports.com.gh keeps an archive of older football and sports news. Those articles describe events, transfers and quotes as they stood on the day they were first published. They are not updated, and statements about players, clubs, fixtures or odds in them may be out of date.

Affiliate links

AllSports is funded by commissions from some of the bookmakers it writes about. When you register through certain links, the operator may pay us. This does not change the offer you get. Our affiliate disclosure explains the arrangement in detail.

Other websites

We link to bookmakers, sports bodies, payment providers, help services and news sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, or for anything that happens in an account you hold with a bookmaker: verification, voided bets, settlement decisions, frozen balances or delayed payouts. Raise those with the operator and, if that fails, with the Gaming Commission of Ghana.

Limitation of liability

We publish with care, but the site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, Ponientix Networks Limited is not liable for losses arising from the use of the site or from reliance on its content, including betting losses, bonuses forfeited under an operator's rules, decisions an operator takes about your account, or interruptions to the site. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Keeping betting under control

Betting should be a paid pastime, not a source of income or a way to cover debts. Decide your budget before you bet, use the deposit limits your bookmaker offers and take a break if you start chasing losses. Our gambling addiction help page and the guide to self-exclusion in Ghana explain where to find support.

Corrections

If you spot an offer that has changed, a wrong figure or a broken link, tell us which page it is and what the operator's site says now. We check every report.
